About Workstreams

The Drought Resilience +10 Conference was based on 9 Workstreams, identified and developed through a series of consultations that took place at thematic events. The Workstreams reflect and group important aspects and challenges of drought management.

For each Workstream, lead organizations developed a concept note (linked in the table below), which includes three sections:

  • A look back at the past 10 years,
  • Main challenges, and
  • Potential solutions/ways forward.

During the Conference, these workstreams were presented and discussed and the results fed directly into the Conference Conclusions and Recommendations. This will help to set the agenda for integrated drought management for the years to come.
